Owner-supplied parts are not covered under our parts or labor warranty. If such parts fail, the client is fully responsible for replacement parts, labor, and any resulting damages

I do not perform service work that goes against best practices, safety or industry standards.

I do not cover damage from neglect, skipped maintenance, misuse or unsafe operation.

I do not cover changes or modifications that affect the design or function of the system repaired.
